Dear Mr. Krzysztof, my name is Gianluca Vernole, I have received its application and I have handled with a lot of pleasure to make the photos of the grave where his/her grandfather is buried.

I also send her some photo of the cemetery that can hold with if.

I ask her instead a favor I deal me with the history of the 2° Polish Corp in Puglia, a history forgotten that for the good of the new generations we have rediscovered. If possible I would want to ask some history of his/her grandfather, some photo, to be able to insert her/it in our show "The Puglia of Poles from 1944 to the 1946.una history in black and white" (https://www.facebook.com/pages/La-Puglia-dei-Polacchi-dal-1944-al-1946-una-storia-in-bianco-e-nero/214215575277015?ref=aymt_homepage_panel) and in the book in preparation, where we have reserved a chapter for the soldiers that rest in the Polish cemetery of Casamassima.

I hope can welcome my request, we have the duty to make to know to the new generations of Puglia the history of that military that life lost in our country.

Thanks for everything that that will want to send us.

With thankfulness, Gianluca Vernole
